Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Dalton

Beautiful hotel…very clean & modern The manager, Lauren Bryant, went above & beyond in helping us after I had mistakenly booked our room for November instead of October. She was MOST kind & patient in correcting my mistake. In talking with quite a few employees, they all said such nice things about Lauren & how much they working for/with her. She’s a real asset to this hotel!! One of the employees was very helpful..Shannon, who took care of serving breakfast. The food was delicious & HOT👏🏻. The dining area was immaculately clean!! We also enjoyed the beautiful outside back porch. It, too, was clean, quiet & peaceful! Our room was most comfortable & clean!!! Also, I forgot to mention the sweet Booking.com representative that helped Lauren correct my booking mistake. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel & all that work there. Forgot to say thank you for the help the young girl at the front desk gave in showing me how to use their computer to set up a Marriott Bonvoy account. Again…what a GREAT team Lauren has working there!!!!

The bed was a dream, slept like a king.

place is fairly new so in overall very good condition. Entire staff was personable, friendly, helpful, and professional.
